Gettext utility was forgotten

My aplogies. Back in February 4, 2008, I announced that the 'gettext' utility is now in Dingo. The complete package already was in the 'devx' file, but some packages need just the 'gettext' utility on its own so that should be in the live-CD. See the news page for the original announcement:

I have remedied that and it will definitely be in 4.00beta2.

Forum member nic2109 reported that MU's PSI does not work in Dingo, and the absence of gettext would be one reason. I'll check to see if anything else is needed.

Thanks Barry. Forum member bde has reported that gettext is needed for dotpups (see http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=27859&start=82) so it looks like you're on the right lines.
