New wireless hardware

I'm taking a couple of days off from Puppy development while here in Perth. Can't stop thinking about it though.... I went into the city on the train this morning and while walking back from the train station, a thought popped into my head why some people might be having trouble with USB on the 2.6.25.x kernel. This kernel has a couple of new PCI-to-USB bridge modules, apart from the uhci-hcd, ohci-hcd and ehci-hcd modules, and it may be that an extra one is loading and causing a conflict. Just a thought. Running 'lsmod' will let you know what has loaded, and 'modinfo <modulename>' will give info about what it is for.
Getting to end of financial year here in Australia (June 30) so decided it's a good time to buy some stuff. I need more wireless networking adaptors for testing with Puppy, so bought this:
$29 D-Link DWL-G630 PCMCIA wireless adaptor
$35 D-Link DWA-110 USB wireless adaptor
Plus 100-pack of CD-Rs and an optical mouse.
