SCSI and IDE kernels

I have compiled the SCSI1, SCSI2, SCSI3 and IDE variants of the 2.6.25.15 kernel.

The "IDE" variant uses the older IDE drivers instead of the PATA drivers, and the device nodes are /dev/hd*.
