Firmware loading fixed

With help from 'Minnesota' on the Network Wizard forum thread, we identified and fixed this bug.

I have various network devices that require firmware to be loaded, but the firmware files are located in /lib/firmware. However, Minnesota and some others have hardware that has firmware in a subdirectory, like this:
/lib/firmware/<subdir>/<firmwarefile>
