4.1 CD orders

I have a backlog of several CD orders, and I notified by email that I was holding orders pending the imminent arrival of 4.1final.

Right now I'm preparing the Users and Unleashed CDs and intend to post them tomorrow.

I don't have the SFS files for the kernel source, will have a go at creating them today, as they have to go into the CDs.
