(SP1) Mouse detection fixes

Rerwin beat me to it! And he has done a thorough job too! I mentioned in a recent post that one or more scripts needed fixing if a change of mouse was detected at bootup. Rerwin has put a lot of time into this, and has updated /usr/sbin/input-wizard, /usr/sbin/xorgwizard, /usr/X11R7/bin/xwin and /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit. He fixed a couple of little anomalies along the way.
