(SP1) Mouse dialog at first boot

Well, it's the 12th hour for 4.1.1, but I decided to put in a dialog window at first boot (or with 'pfix=ram') to confirm mouse interface. I took the mouse dialog code out of /usr/sbin/xorgwizard and put it into /etc/rc.d/functions4puppy4. The new function, choosemousefunc(), is now also called from /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit.
One feature I added is that if you disagree with the auto-detected mouse interface, your choice can be made "sticky", that is override autodetection. I introduced a file /etc/mousedevice_sticky whose existence is a flag notifying rc.sysinit not to autoprobe.
