New scripts for Woof Unleashed

I wrote '0setup', which is run first. It downloads the package database files from the chosen compatible-distro, and then checks that the chosen packages to build Woof do actually exist. I tested by downloading the package data files from Debian testing (Lenny).
I have got '1download' script working in Woof Unleashed. I tested it by downloading packages from Debian testing.
I am now ready to run '2createpackages', which performs major surgery on the Debian packages and builds small packages that will be used to build the live-CD. These small packages are just like the cutdown PET packages used in previous puppies. The script is running right now, as I type this -- it takes a couple of hours.
