Boot logo

I have introduced the boot logo used in Puppy 4.2.
A difference though, I am experimenting with the version number on the logo itself, rather than written below. One advantage of this is that when the vmlinuz and initrd.gz load the two lines that display do not cause the logo to scroll up -- instead, they will display at the bottom then the screen will clear and the boot progress lines will display.
Note, I am using the 'netpbm' utilities to write the version number onto the logo icon. So, the logo does not have to be changed as versions change.
