Busybox 'mkswap' dumped

Sigh, yet again I have to dump a Busybox applet. This is the third Busybox applet that I have had to dump in the last month or two.

I was using GParted 4.4 on my Compaq Presario to create a Linux swap partition, and GParted calls mkswap with the '-L' option that the Busybox applet does not understand.

The full mkswap utility is in the 'util-linux' package.
