Improved modem detection

Rerwin has further improved modem detection, as described in this forum post:

Rerwin sent me a p.m. with instructions to upgrade Woof alpha6. I have upgraded file /etc/udev/rules.d/60-udev-modem.rules and the firmware files intel536ep.tar.gz and intel537ep.tar.gz in /lib/modules/all-firmware.
