Nathan Wallpaper Setter

Puppy 412 and the Woof builds have the menu entry "Wallpaper setter" in the "Desktop" menu, and I have renamed that to "Nathan Wallpaper Setter" in honour of the the guy who authored it.

I discovered a bug in /usr/local/apps/Wallpaper/AppRun where it computes 'OLDIMAGE' and 'OLDMODE'. Puppy does not use the 'pb_default' file and I have changed the code to look in ~/Choices/ROX-Filer/PuppyPin.

The PET package is now 'wallpaper-0.5.2.pet' and will be uploaded to ibiblio.org soon.
