ROX-Filer image mime handling

I have changed the mime handling for images. Previously, if you clicked on an image, it ran 'defaultpaint' (same as 'defaultimageeditor') which brought up mtPaint. Now, it launches 'defaultimageviewer', which previously was 'gview' and is now 'Pictureviewer'.

Note, I'm still on version 2.6.1 of ROX-Filer, haven't got around to upgrading. Ttuuxxx solved the problem with the incorrect icons displaying with later versions (see report back in my blog somewhere) and created packages for 2.8.x and 2.9, but I haven't got around to looking at them yet.
