Xorg Wizard serial mouse bugfix

This bug affects alpha9 and earlier, probably the 4.x series also. In the Xorg Wizard, if the user chooses a serial mouse, then tests the video, then chooses to tweak the refresh frequencies, the choice of serial mouse in /etc/X11/xorg.conf gets lost. Hence X starts but no mouse. I found where the logic was going astray and fixed it.
