416: More misc. fixes

Forum member 'shinobar', who has created an Asian-language-enabled Upup, has been testing 416.

A tweak to /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit to improve how modules in /lib/modules/<kernelversion>/initrd get uncompressed.

In /usr/sbin/remasterpup2, exclude /lib/modules/<kernelversion>/initrd from the remastered sfs file.

A typo in /usr/local/bin/drive_all
