Set-global-font-size fixed

A couple of people have reported that "Set global font size" (Desktop menu) does not work. It works for me, so I'm puzzled.

The script, actually 3 scripts, /usr/sbin/set-xftdpi*, are an experiment using 'gins', which is a technique to have a GTK GUI from a shell script. I think that this is the only case in Puppy that uses gins.

I have rewritten the script to use Xdialog, also I have removed the gins package.
