Pstreamvid channels

In 4.3beta2, The BBC channel has audio but no video, Fox11 has neither, and NASA has audio but no video.

Probably fixable by installing Mplayer or more codecs for Gxine (or an updated xine-lib), however, I want people's first experience when using 4.3 for all the video channels to work.

Therefore I have removed BBC, Fox11 and NASA, and added SFGTV2 and SCCtv.

Trio has done a good job with pstreamvid. One suggestion I made was a wiki post (or even a forum post would do) with tv channels. Then a link could be made from the app. I did it with pupTV and added channel changing but didn't advertise it because puppyluvr is indisposed atm (it is his app)... real life issues, for want of a better term. I did post a pet in the puptv thread. Maybe a button could be added to pstreamvid calling the browser (needed for copy/paste) directed to such a page with channels?
