pupX fixed

Thanks to DaveS who advised that the '-dpms' parameter is required, I have fixed pupX. The bug reported was that disabling the screensaver did not work.

This fix is also required in /usr/bin/gxineshell, a wrapper script for Gxine, that turns of screensaving while a video is playing.

"Haha, I thought I was the only one who suggested "-dpms" parameter. anyway, you noticed it and fixed it. @Lobster No need for my noblankscreen script, it is exactly xset -s off -dpms when activated (no blank screen) and xset -s on +dpms when deactivated (blank screen and screensaver enabled)
