Blinky tray applet

Blinky is a network monitor, originally written by Lior Tubi. It was a normal-window GTK application, and MU converted it to a "eggtray" application.

As I am now using Fbpanel, I wanted MU's converted Blinky, so found it and have uploaded the source here:

I also created a PET package, and have named the executable 'blinky_tray' so as not to clash with the normal-window Blinky.

I have modified /usr/sbin/delayedrun to start blinky_tray correctly.
