Fbpanel menu fixed

Great news, Anatoly has fixed the problem of the menu prematurely disappearing, as reported in Quirky 018 and Wary 019. The fix is available from SVN.

Anatoly has partly developed a new battery tray applet, and there is also a new audio volume applet. I haven't tried them.
