PPM fixed, Xfontsel added

The Puppy Package Manager is broken in Wary 090. This was because I changed the PET repo from the 'puppylinux' site to 'quirky' at ibiblio.org. Fixed.
I have a bit more work to do on the PPM.
It was reported that the xfontsel utility is missing from Wary 090. I have now put it in, version 1.0.2. Actually, I just grabbed it out of Puppy4.

I have made an improvement in the PPM. I have been thinking how to display the _DEV, _DOC and _NLS packages. One problem is that they are not necessarily in the same categories. For example 'homebank' is in category "Business" but 'homebank_DOC' and 'homebank_NLS' are in category "BuildingBlock". I have rationalised this -- in the case of homebank they will all display together in category "Business". Also I have fixed a bug in PPM. It was displaying many packages that are already built-in. For example, 'xclipboard' was displaying. Fixed.
GTK font size

"Barry, a tiny fix for 3builddistro: add the GTK font size to /root/.gtkrc-2.0. All major distros use 12 and that's the way to go imho. Applications like Opera that have their own GUI libraries use other fonts if the default isn't specified. Here's the default gtkrc-2.0 of Puppy Squeeze (with a hacked LXAppearance I made, smaller than gtk-chtheme): # DO NOT EDIT! This file will be overwritten by LXAppearance. # Any customization should be done in ~/.gtkrc-2.0.mine gtk-theme-name="Xfce-basic" gtk-font-name="Sans 12" include "/root/.gtkrc-2.0.mine"
dpi different

"Iguleder, Other distros also have a different value for this: Xft.dpi: 78 in /root/.Xresources. I was once advised of this, but can't recall what value it is. Puppy uses 78. So, if font is changed to 12, to get screen rendering to be same as in other distros, the Xft.dpi also has to be changed.
