Dialog 1.1-20100428

I have compiled the latest 'dialog' package, which is used by scripts in Puppy to draw text-mode dialog boxes.

One person has reported a problem with the dialog boxes displaced downward. I have no idea why that problem is occurring, but perhaps this upgrade will help.
