Modem upgrade "wary094-woof-4"

I have applied rerwin's PETs to Woof:

dgcmodem-1.13.pet
hcfpcimodem-1.21full.pet
hsfmodem-7.80.02.06full-dellhybrid.pet
modem_update_to_wary094-woof-4.pet
usb-modeswitch-1.1.4.pet
usb-modeswitch-data-20100826.pet

Note that all of these are merged into Woof and the kernel package, except for 'usb-modeswitch-1.1.4.pet' which remains as a separate PET.
The kernel modules have got merged into 'linux_kernel-2.6.31.14-1-w5.pet'.
