Pcd, Peasyscan, mtPaint

I have upgraded these:

Pcd 1.3 (zigbert)
Peasyscan 1.3 (rcrsn51)
mtPaint 3.34.57

Pcd will be automatically in all Woof-built puppies. The other two are for Wary.
