Retrovol 0.10

I am just about to release Wary 098 and didn't want to upgrade anything, but I can't resist this...

Pizzasgood's superb Retrovol sound mixer and tray applet has been in our puppies for awhile now. Wary 096/097 has version 0.8.

Pizzasgood has fixed some bugs and solved the problem of the transparent background in the tray, and released version 0.10:
