Symlink missing from bzip2 pkg

Hmmm, the symlink 'libbz2.so' is missing from the 'devx' sfs in Wary 094. When apps have been compiled, they probably linked statically with 'libbz2.a' which would have made them a bit bigger than necessary.

It seems that the binary package that T2 generated left it out somehow. Anyway, fixed.
