PGPRS modem fix

Thanks to Dejan who posted about fixes for the PGPRS dialup in Puppy:

This was developed by Lloyd Standish.

I have applied the fixes. The affected files are the firmware tarball /lib/modules/all-firmware/pgprs.tar.gz and /usr/sbin/pgprs-shell. These are in Woof.
