zzz: more help in PupDial

I have added another help button in PupDial, to assist with filling out the fields correctly for the situations of analog or wireless modems.

I also fixed a bug, if the dial-window is showing, and it is closed, the main pupdial script is re-run, bringing up the main GUI again. Before, the re-run was also re-running the probe of hotpluggable modems, which is inappropriate -- it also brings down the interface which is also inappropriate. I fixed it so that the probe does not happen on the re-run.
