Firefox PET tweaked

I posted about a new Firefox PET for Wary recently:

Forum member bill253 reported that when this PET is installed, it prevents the SeaMonkey Mail & News and Composer components from running, when you choose those from the menu -- FF starts instead. Whereas, you only want FF to start when you choose the web browser:

I have made changes to the package that I think (theoretically) fixes this problem, and have re-uploaded it (9.1MB):

Note, as bill253 observed, if you use PPM to uninstall FF, SM returns.
