Peasyscan image scanner 1.4

This is a simple GUI for using a scanner developed by rcrsn51, that you might prefer instead of Xsane. Wary 5.0 has version 1.3.1-1, and I have now upgraded to the latest, 1.4. This will be used by all Woof builds.
