BaCon syntax highlighting improved

Peter van Eerten has improved the BaCon syntax highlighting for Vim and text editors that use gtksourceview:

In particular, there is now colour of HUG functions.

I have updated the gtksourceview template in Woof, and the Wary gtksourceview and vim PETs.
