proxy-setup tool improved

In November 2010 I developed proxy-setup, a GUI tool to specify proxy HTTP and/or FTP server(s) if you need it/them to connect to the Internet:

There has been some ongoing discussion of some issues in the BaCon thread of the Puppy Forum, regarding incorrect layout if the font size changes, and the need for international language support. Forum thread:

Peter van Eerten, the founder and developer of BaCon, has solved both problems, and I have implemented the solutions in this latest proxy-setup:

If it is confirmed to be ok, the executable 'proxy-setup' will be going into /usr/local/simple_network_setup/ in Woof, as well as 'proxy-setup.pot'.
Firstly though, it would be great if testers can confirm that the window layout is ok for other screens and dpi settings.
Also, if anyone is interested in creating a language file for proxy-setup, email it to me at STARTbkaulerATgmailDOTcomEND with "proxy-setup" in the title, or attach to a forum post, and I will put it into /usr/share/locale/ in Woof.
I have created a web page HOWTO that shows how easy it is to create a 'proxy-setup.mo' translation file for your language/country:

Note, this is the start. I intend to use BaCon a lot more for programming in Puppy, and all programs will have international language support.
