ALSA Wizard warning message

Users of the latest Wary 5.1.1.56 and Dpup (squeezed) 4.99.2, have a nice frontend for the Sound Wizard, with means to fix sound before resorting to running the original ALSA Wizard.

Rerwin has brought to my attention a long-standing problem with the ALSA Wizard, that may require a reboot to restore sound and some modems:

I have added a message window that pops up first when the ALSA Wizard is run and warns of the need to reboot if the Wizard is aborted anywhere before completion, or if there are dialup modems.
