Transmission PET fixed

Broomdodger reported the mime handling for a torrent file is broken in ROX-Filer, in Wary Puppy:

I have added a 'pinstall.sh' script (post-install script) to ttuuxxxes transmission PET, it is now 'transmission-2.22-1-i386.pet'. The script fixes /root/Choices/MIME-types/application_x-bittorrent, which defaulted to using 'pctorrent'.
