pupRadio fixed

A Wary tester reported that pupRadio is missing some files. He obtained /root/.puradio from another Puppy and all was well.
I seem to recall this happened once before. I just checked, pupradio-0.13.pet and pupradio-0.14.pet that I downloaded, do not have /root/.pupradio. However, pupradio-0.11.pet that I downloaded, does have it, so I copied that over, and have built a new PET (6KB):

There are NO files in /root anymore for pupradio! It writes them. Please check the code or revert to an older version. BTW.. Slacko RC is out :)

"rodin.s, Thanks for confirming that pupRadio works. I just checked, it was 'gjuhasz' in the Wary 5.1.103 feedback thread who reported the problem and solution, and I just took him at his word without testing it myself. http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=72258
