Woof commit 8974b31b2c

This is the Woof used to build Wary/Racy 5.2.91 (5.3RC2), plus a couple of small tweaks.

One of those tweaks was a bug when changed to a non-English locale, but the initrd is not translated -- rc.sysinit runs 'clear' to clear the screen after a switch_root, as the console font changes which messes up the display prior to the switch_root.
The 'clear' need redirection to /dev/console.
