My mistake.
Username: rodin.s
It was my mistake. I should have replaced TARGETLANG with ru. I didn't noticed that. Latest langpack is [url=http://ompldr.org/vZnVpNA/langpack_ru-20121012.pet]here[/url], but maybe I will update it soon as new apps like precord and defaults chooser are not translated yet.
