240 second 1st shutdown timeout

When Puppy is first shutdown, a 240-second countdown appears at the top of the screen. If the user does nothing, after 240 seconds the system is supposed to shutdown without saving the session -- except, it doesn't, the shutdown gets aborted.
This has been reported in the Precise feedback thread in the Forum.

Note, this behaviour was a request from someone ages ago. They wanted a timeout then shutdown without saving. I don't recall the situation that wanted that behaviour.
