Getting ready for building Precise 5.5beta2

I have upgraded some PETs, a collection from rcrsn51, frisbee from rerwin (20130220) and Pmusic by zigbert (3.2.1).

Note to rcrsn51: I inserted the dependency +gphotofs into peasyprint pet.specs file.

I fixed a Woof bug in 'debdb2pupdb' handling of dependencies.

Getting close to building 5.5beta2 I think. I would like to go to an RC, but there are still some issues being debated and worked on, on the Forum.

Using SeaMonkey 2.15.2, it has an annoying javascript bug.
