rtl8723 firmware

OK, I have added the firmware files in Woof:
woof-code/kernel-skeleton/lib/modules/all-firmware/rtlwifi/lib/firmware/rtlwifi/rtl8723fw_B.bin
woof-code/kernel-skeleton/lib/modules/all-firmware/rtlwifi/lib/firmware/rtlwifi/rtl8723fw.bin

But, I am being lazy. Rerwin and I have been moving the firmware gradually out of Woof, to separate PETs -- these are named firmware_linux_module_<firmware name>-<date>.pet.
But, haven't done it for the 'rtlwifi' firmware yet.
