hostname-set change

Forum member shinobar, who is famous for developing many Puppy apps, including on-the-fly SFS loading, and the GRUB4DOS app, posted a little change to /usr/sbin/hostname-set. I don't have the link to his post right now.
I applied the change to hostname-set, however, if shinobar's new condition does not require a restart of X, then another modification is required, which I have done, returning "2" to the quicksetup caller-script.
The changes are dated "130511".
