Full 'wc' utility

When I compiled VLC, it choked on the Busybox 'wc' applet -- as it does not support the '-m' option.

So, I have moved to the full 'wc' utility, in the coreutils package. This will affect all Woof builds.

Note that all Woof builds use an older coreutils PET package, not whatever native binary package is available. The reason was reported awhile back on this blog:

So, it seems that we have to stay with the 6.x series of coreutils, not use the 7.x series.
