Obmixer_tray patched2

I posted about Jemimah's patched Obmixer tray volume control here:

I had a problem with the popup window partly hidden underneath the JWM tray. Perhaps I could have told JWM to render it at "layer 9" above the tray, but I have had trouble with JWM crashing when I do that.

However, I have played with the Obmixer source code and fixed it.

I also changed the call to a mixer from 'retrovol' to 'defaultaudiomixer', so it will work with whatever mixer Puppy is built with.

...you need to restart X after installing the PET, as 'obmixer_tray' is in /root/Startup.
