JWM, Jwmconfig pkgs upgraded

After consultation with 01micko, I have modified the JWM and Jwmconfig packages, to fix an issue with the virtual desktop selection for JWM version 500. This was discussed in this recent blog post:

For JWM, I edited /etc/xdg/templates/_root_.jwmrc and modified the Desktop tag:

	<!-- Virtual Desktops -->

	<!-- Name tags can be contained within Desktops for desktop names.  BK: syntax change with jwm 500... -->

	<Desktops  width="3" height="1"/>

For Jwmconfig, I modified /root/.jwm/jwmrc-pesonal and /root/.jwm/jwmrc-personal2 and made the same change:

<!-- Number of virtual desktops  BK: syntax change with jwm 500... -->

<Desktops width="3" height="1"/>

The new PETs:
