"reporting 5 8 10 75"

Testing Quirky Tahr, in /tmp/xerrs.log, there is this line that keeps periodically being appended:

reporting 5 8 10 75

Does anyone know what causes this?

My guess is that one of the tray applets does it.

It doesn't seem to serve any purpose, and I would like to get rid of it.
