Quirky tweaks

A few changes here and there...

It was pointed out by a Quirky tester that the entire "Desktop" tab of the JWM Configuration Manager is not really needed, as choosing the wallpaper and GTK theme is provided via the main menu. So, it is removed.

Tahr has been built with JWM 819, whereas Quirky T2 with 876. I have changed Tahr to also use 876.

Tahr is built with Gparted 0.16.1 that was compiled in Precise Puppy. I have changed it to 0.16.2 that was compiled in Quirky T2.

I did 'Preview Comment', then 'Add Comment'.

We had this bug before. I think it was caused when someone posted, then refreshed their browser window, or something like that.

That bug had been reported to efia, and I thought it was fixed.
