woofQ uploaded

woofQ is the build system for creating Quirky Linux. It forked from Woof2, which was for creating Puppy Linux, and Woof2 is now continued by the Puppy community as woof-CE.

I have uploaded the latest woofQ, for anyone who wants to experiment with building their own quirkies.
