It uses an ingenious implementation of 'markdown' with a javascript engine. All client side except for the 'page contributors' in the footer. Big thanks to jamesbond for most of the backend and a fair bit of content.

It sure does look nice. The main guys behind this are jamesbond, 01micko and mavrothal.
