Quirky 8.1.3.1 for Pi2

Service Packs are available, to upgrade from Quirky 8.1.2 or 8.1.3 on the Raspberry Pi2 or Pi3.

8.1.2 to 8.1.3 upgrades the kernel to version 4.4.34. 8.1.3 to 8.1.3.1 adds the Realtek 8192cu and 8192eu kernel drivers.
