pupRadio streaming radio player improved

pupRadio/pupTelly was originally created by 01micko (the creator of the Slacko series of Puppy Linux). There have been some contributions to improve the script. Yesterday, Phil2 contributed support for more media players, in particular Audacious (which is the default audio player in Easy).
